Triage Services
Our in-house surveyors provide a specialised 2-tiered triage service to evaluate housing disrepair claims for solicitors, claims management companies, and litigation funders, determining if the quantum of disrepair exceeds the threshold.
In Tier 1 - we conduct a detailed analysis of photographic evidence to assess whether the case meets the required quantum. A clear positive or negative response is promptly provided.
For Tier 2 - we conduct an in-depth assessment of images and any supplementary information provided. Our housing disrepair surveyors meticulously calculate the quantum of all elements of disrepair within the dwelling, providing comprehensive insights.
