Surveyors Inc
Surveyors Inc is a specialist expert witness surveying firm for housing disrepair cases. We work with solicitors and claims management companies across the UK, providing independent reports prepared by RICS-accredited surveyors. Every report follows CPR Part 35 requirements and receives a review by a principal surveyor before delivery.
Our accreditation and standards
Every surveyor in our network is RICS-accredited. Our reports are produced in compliance with Civil Procedure Rules Part 35, which governs the format and admissibility of expert evidence in English civil proceedings. Surveyors Inc. Ltd. is registered in England and Wales, Company No. 14101867.
How we review every report
Every report is reviewed by a principal surveyor, with experience on both claimant and defendant sides, before it is delivered. If a report needs amendment, it is corrected before it reaches you.
Nationwide coverage
We place RICS-accredited surveyors across the UK. Whatever the postcode, we can arrange an inspection and keep you informed through to delivery.
Acting for both sides
We are instructed by solicitors acting for claimants and defendants. Our reports are independent. Our surveyors are not advocates for either side. They are expert witnesses whose duty is to the court.
Our free triage assessment
We include a two-tier triage assessment on every case, because you should not commit to a full expert witness report without knowing whether the case supports it. Tier 1 gives you a rapid read on photographic evidence. Tier 2 delivers a detailed quantum calculation. Neither costs you anything.
